The Hampton is a spacious plan that features a three-car garage, plenty of customization options, and commonly desired features. The first floor features a refreshing open concept space in the kitchen and family room, with plenty of storage space. In the front of the house, there’s a study perfect for a home office, or for a small child’s play room, or a study room for kids in school. The second floor holds a luxurious owner’s suite, with a gracious en suite bathroom, and a vast walk-in-closet. With the walk-in-closet comes several customization options, like converting one of the full baths on the second floor into a smaller closet, for those who don’t wish to have as much space, or, a small island can be placed in the closet for more storage. In a more modern feature, the laundry room is set on the second floor, but can be moved to the first floor and replaced by a full bath if the buyer chooses.
